End User License Agreement & Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By clicking "Accept & Continue," you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Advisory2Work LLC ("Advisory2Work," "we," "us," or "our").

2. LICENSE GRANT

Advisory2Work grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Preptrics™ Smart Lesson Planner ("the App") solely for your personal, non-commercial educational planning purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including all content, design, AI prompt templates, the Preptrics™ name and brand, the 20-Minute Swift Prep System™, and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Advisory2Work LLC and Dr. Denise K. Harper-Richardson. All rights reserved.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the app or its AI prompt templates without written permission; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Master Command AI template; (c) use the App for commercial purposes without a valid commercial license; (d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

5. DATA & PRIVACY

What we receive. To validate your license we receive and store your email address and license key, together with anonymous usage counts such as the number of plans generated. We do not sell your data to third parties.

What we do not receive. The lesson details you enter — your topic, your class description, your notes about who is in the room — are held in your own browser and are never transmitted to or stored by Advisory2Work.

Your AI provider. When you copy the generated command and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or any other service, that provider receives everything you pasted and processes it under its own privacy, retention and training policies, not ours. Advisory2Work has no control over and no visibility into what happens after you paste.

Student information. Do not enter student names, student identification numbers, disability classifications tied to a named student, or any other information that identifies an individual child. Describe your class in general terms. You are responsible for following your school or district policy on approved AI tools and on what may be shared with them.

Uploads. If you place a curriculum map, template or other document in your AI provider’s project folder, upload only materials you are permitted to share with an outside service.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Advisory2Work makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any lesson plan content generated through use of this App. Lesson plans are produced by your AI provider, not by Advisory2Work. You are responsible for reviewing every plan before teaching it, including the wording of any standard cited, any factual or historical claim, and any statement about safety, licensing or professional practice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisory2Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queens County, New York.

Whose AI account is this using? Who pays?

Your own. Copy & Open launches your AI in a new tab — if you are already signed in there, it uses that account and its usage. Preptrics™ never sees your AI login and is never billed for what you generate. Free tiers of Gemini and Copilot work fine.

Does my student information go anywhere?

Not to us. Preptrics never receives or stores what you type — it goes to your own AI account, which processes it under that provider’s privacy and retention policy. Describe your class without names or ID numbers, and follow your district’s AI policy. Nothing about your students is sent to or stored on our servers — not the profile, not the topic.

It is asking for my key again

The key is remembered per device and per browser. A different computer, a different browser, or a private window will ask again. Enter it once on each device you use. If it keeps asking on the same computer, your browser is clearing site data — check its privacy settings.

My key is not working

Keys are not case-sensitive but the dashes matter. Check the email address matches the one you purchased with, or the one your pilot key was issued to. If it still fails, email support with your key and we will look it up.

I do not have my school's template

You do not need one. Leave Lesson Plan Template on the built-in Preptrics™ 5-Phase structure and the plan is complete as is. The template field is only for schools that require their own format.

The plan says to verify a standards code

That is deliberate. AI models sometimes produce a plausible but slightly wrong code. Preptrics™ instructs your AI to flag anything it is not certain of rather than invent it, so you can confirm before an administrator reads it.

My AI refused or said it cannot show this

This happens most often with ChatGPT when the lesson is built around a novel or another copyrighted text — it cannot tell whether you are asking it to reproduce the text. Preptrics™ already instructs your AI not to quote copyrighted work, so simply paste the command again, or add: “Refer to the passage by chapter, scene or section rather than quoting it. If I give you page numbers from our edition, use those.” Claude and Gemini do not usually raise this. Nothing is wrong with your license or your plan.

My plan stopped partway through

Two different things cause this. If your AI wrote most of the plan and stopped, it hit a response length limit — set My AI Plan to Free plan and Preptrics™ will ask for a version that fits in one response. If your AI says you have reached your limit for now, that is a daily message cap on your free account; your command is still on your clipboard and your configuration is saved, so paste it again when the cap resets. Nothing is lost either way.

The plan is too long

Change Level of Detail. Full script is for observation days. Standard gives talking points you can scan while teaching. One-page summary fits on a single page. You can also untick Student Materials to drop the appendices.

How do I add page numbers?

Page numbers come from Word or Google Docs, not from your AI. In Word: Insert → Page Number. In Google Docs: Insert → Page numbers. Two clicks.

How do I copy the plan into Word without losing the tables?

Use the copy button on your AI's reply if it has one. Otherwise click before the first word, scroll down, and shift-click after the last line, then Ctrl+C. In Word use Paste Special → Keep Source Formatting. Google Docs pastes correctly with plain Ctrl+V.

Can I save different classes?

Yes. Fill in a configuration, then Save Current under Saved Configurations. You can keep up to five and load any of them with one click.
